We make every effort to ensure your rents are received on time as per the lease agreement. The  rent is credited directly into the owners account through ECS clearing or cheques received from tenants by way of PDCs are directly deposited into the owners bank account.

The property management agreement is valid for 12 months. A new ageemnent may be signed on renewal.

Residents may phone  or mail their requests to us, and they can request maintenance online at our website. After we receive a repair request, we may contact the resident and ask them questions, which will help us determine the exact nature of the problem before sending a service technician. If the resident has a legitimate problem, we will schedule the repair. Most repairs are scheduled within one business day.

Yes. Residents can contact us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to respond to emergencies. We will then talk with the resident to determine how to proceed. Many times we can solve the problem over the phone, saving you the cost of an emergency trip charge.

Periodical updates regarding the status of his/her  property will be mailed  on a quarterly basis.

Yes. Quotes for the same will be mailed to owners and shall be undertaken only after approval for the same.All taxes, utilities, repairs etc will be borne by the owner on actual.

Normally we charge Rs.10/sft* per annum.
(*May vary depending on distance & size of the property)
